Position Overview: Job Purpose

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will have significant impact on the Company’s growth and success. The purpose of this role is to drive expansion and generate new business by working with both existing partners and identifying/developing new partner relationships. This role will report to the EVP of Sales & Client Success.

Job Requirements

  • Identify new opportunities in existing partner accounts
  • Operationalize and evolve existing strategic partnerships
  • Create new strategic partner relationships
  • Manage day-to-day relationship between Oversight and strategic partners
  • Ensure consistent communication with partner ecosystem throughout the contract lifecycle, escalating important issues as needed to support existing and future-state business development initiatives
  • Facilitate partner and sales team alignment
  • Advance joint marketing efforts
  • Help partners build (pre-)sales support and capabilities
  • Drive training and certification within partner ecosystem
  • Track status of sales cycles and implementation projects of partners’ (prospective) customers
  • Target account planning to drive joint initiatives
  • Identify delivery and competence needs

Qualifications:

  • Passion for sales and working with partners
  • Understand partner business drivers and ability to establish partner buy-in at all levels from sales (management) and delivery leads to senior and executive management
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in software technology industry
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience with direct sales model and partnerships
  • Ability to influence sales, pre-sales and delivery teams based on identified partner needs
  • Tech savvy
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written (English)
  • Ability to establish professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts
  • Ability to present to all levels of the client’s organization
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic requirements and take ownership of problems
