As part of our monthly “Company Culture” blog series, we’re publishing interviews with Oversight team members so clients and prospects can get to know us better. Started in 2015 by Oversighter Julia Versaci, this is the fifth interview in our monthly series.

The fun is in the interview, but also in what comes next. The “rules” of the interview series are that once you’ve been interviewed for the blog, the subject then picks another person in the office they’d like to get to know better to interview. It’s a fun cycle and we enjoy compiling these for you!

Other interviews in the series:

Beverly Kays – Client Engagement Manager

Chris Hamilton –Manager of Risk Compliance and Privacy

Chris Ficquette – Operations Engineer for IT Special Projects

Jessica Kirk – Director of Marketing

For February we’re spotlighting Director of Account Management, Neha Wood.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Q (Hamilton): How long have you worked for Oversight?

A (Neha): Seven years.

Q (Hamilton): What are some of your duties in your role?

A (Neha): I help to ensure new customers have a smooth implementation.  I make sure they get the proper support, guidance, and training to ensure they consistently see value in the Oversight product.

Q (Hamilton): How did you get started in this area?

A (Neha):  I started out on the support team and then was promoted to Team Lead.  As our Insights On Demand offering grew, it required a strong Account Management team, and I then became the manager of that team.

Q (Hamilton): More evidence that Oversight has a great culture of promoting from within. What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

A (Neha): I have a one-year-old and a three-year-old.  Hobbies outside of work involve raising two kids!

Q (Hamilton): What do you like the most about working for Oversight?

A (Neha): I feel like what I do here makes a difference.

Q (Hamilton): Any words of wisdom you want to share with our customers?

A (Neha): You never really know what’s going on in your company until you look for it.
