Oversight Systems CEO Patrick
Taylor Presents Case Study at ISACA Compliance
Conference: Reduce Compliance Costs with
Risk-Based Segregation of Duties
Taylor Leads Discussion
on Real World SoDs 3:30 p.m. June 27 in
New York
ATLANTA (June 14, 2006) - Oversight Systems Inc., the leading provider
of continuous monitoring solutions, today
announced that CEO Patrick Taylor will present
a case study detailing how risk-based management
of segregation of duties can dramatically
reduce compliance costs. Taylor will speak
at the ISACA Compliance Conference at New
York’s Javits Convention Center.
Taylor’s 90-minute presentation entitled
“Segregation of Duties in the Real
World” will be held Tuesday, June
27 at 3:30 p.m. The Information Systems
Audit and Control Association’s Compliance
Conference is part of Compliance World,
a new event at the C3 Expo. The conference
runs June 27 through June 29.
“As auditors increase their scrutiny
of segregation of duties within financial
processes for SOX 404 compliance, compliance
spending continues to grow for many companies,”
Taylor said. “Instead of burning through
1000s of man hours to reconfigure their
ERP systems for SoDs, companies should adopt
a risk-based approach that prioritizes the
greatest threats to financial integrity
and automates the prevention and detection
of all SoD violations.”
Last month Oversight Systems launched Oversight

real-time transaction inspection that drives
the compliance and operational improvement
